**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively market and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct outside marketing activities, including distribution of flyers, cold calls, and in-person visits to potential clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Assist clients in property viewings and provide accurate information about our rental properties.
- Negotiate rental agreements and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly leasing targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to handle outdoor marketing tasks effectively.
- Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
