Doha, Qatar Firma Events for Hospitality Services Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update talent databases and profiles
- Assist in organizing schedules, bookings, and availability tracking
- Prepare documents, broadcasts / job offers, and simple reports
- Coordinate casting calls, interviews, and on-site logistics
- Support in general office tasks and administrative duties
- Follow up on event updates and staff arrival/departure times for each event
- Follow up on staff uniform as per each event
- Handle uniform inventory and tracking

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in events or talent management is a plus

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
