About the role:

We believe our guests select our hotel because of our caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests’ stay free from stress and filled with success.
We are currently on the lookout for a confident, experienced Sous Chef with the proven records of excellent skills in Pastry and Bakery to join our creative and diverse Culinary team to create, implement and maintain quality standards. The ideal Sous Chef will accomplish their tasks by monitoring the daily functions of the Culinary department, including providing support and guidance to the culinary team, ending in a positive guest experience.

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Strong knowledge in Pastry and Bakery
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent English
