- Manage and lead a team of leasing agents, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Oversee the leasing process, including property showings, applicant screenings, lease negotiations, and contract signings.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and competition to make informed decisions.
- Monitor and analyze leasing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with leasing laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate leasing, with a track record of achieving leasing targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate leasing laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in leasing software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
