**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Leasing Manager** to oversee all leasing activities for our residential, commercial, or mixed-use property portfolio in Qatar. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, attracting tenants, managing lease negotiations, and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation while maintaining strong landlord-tenant relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage a team of leasing agents (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Source and attract prospective tenants through online platforms, agencies, and walk-ins.
- Conduct property viewings and explain terms of lease/rental agreements.
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and tenancy agreements in alignment with company policies and Qatari laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to launch campaigns and promote available properties.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, client interactions, contracts, and payments.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues related to leasing processes.
- Monitor and report on occupancy levels, rental income, and leasing performance KPIs.
- Ensure all leases comply with Qatar’s real estate laws and company standards.
- Liaise with property management, legal, and finance departments as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s real estate regulations and tenancy laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid Qatari Driving License is preferred.
