We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Leasing Manager **to join our team at Place Vendôme Qatar. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and securing tenants to enhance the mall's retail offerings and drive business growth. As a premier shopping destination, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and thriving environment for our tenants and shoppers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Identify and target potential tenants to fill available retail spaces.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of lease agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
- Monitor market conditions and recommend rent adjustments or leasing incentives as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance to management

**Qualifications**:

- Masters' or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager in a commercial real estate or mall environment.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing practices, retail market trends, and local business regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing management software like Yardi.
- Should be an **Arabic** speaker
