Hiring for **Rheumatologist Consultant**

**Clinical Responsibilities**:
     - Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, gout, vasculitis, and connective tissue disorders.

     - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and musculoskeletal ultrasound to assess joint and tissue health.

     - Develop individualized treatment plans using medications, physical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and advanced therapies.

     - Provide joint and soft tissue injections as needed.

     - Collaborate with other specialists, including orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and pain management experts, for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

     - Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality in all clinical procedures.

**Administrative & Research Responsibilities**:
     - Maintain up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

     - Participate in continuous medical education (CME) programs, training, and research activities to advance rheumatology care.

     - Contribute to the hospital’s quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.

     - Guide and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students in rheumatology.

**Patient Education & Communication**:
     -  Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

     -  Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, ensuring informed decision-making.
