We are looking to hire qualified **Customer Service Agents** who can join our dynamic team.
- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

**Job Qualifications**
- Must be a native Arabic speaker.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Having a work experience in a Bank is a plus.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Must have a transferable visa and valid Qatar ID.
- Can start working immediately.

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
