We are seeking a **skilled and proactive Control Room Operator** to join our **Roads Management Centre (RMC)**. The operator will **monitor traffic patterns, manage incidents**, and use **Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)** to keep Qatar’s roads **safe, smooth, and efficient**. This role helps **reduce congestion, enhance road safety, and improve driver experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and manage **ITS systems**, traffic signals, CCTV, and dynamic message signs.
- Monitor traffic conditions, detect congestion, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage **road incidents, severe weather, road closures, and diversions**.
- Provide **real-time traffic information** and operational support for major events and abnormal/hazardous loads.
- Liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure effective communication.
- Support **tunnel operations**, road network optimization, and system development.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure **confidentiality of control room operations**.
- Work **24/7 in rotational shifts** as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in roads control room operations and **ITS systems**
Knowledge of **incident management, traffic control, and tunnel systems**
Ability to work **rotational shifts**
Strong **English communication skills** (Arabic is a plus)
