Soft Service Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all soft services including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Manage and supervise soft services teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality performance and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with other FM departments to ensure seamless integration of soft and hard services.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning for soft services.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and staff development.
**Prequalification / Certification**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant discipline (e.g., Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field).
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in a **Soft Services Management** role within the **Facilities Management sector**.
- **CFM (Certified Facility Manager)** certification is **preferred**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple service lines.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and FM reporting tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the Middle East, particularly Qatar, is desirable.
