**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Soft Services**:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and security services.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage contracts for soft services.
- Develop and implement schedules for periodic maintenance and cleaning.
- Handle customer and client inquiries, ensuring service excellence.

**Hard Services**:

- Coordinate maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building systems.
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules are followed.
- Work closely with technicians and contractors to resolve facility-related issues.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in facility management, preferably in both soft and hard services.
- Strong knowledge of FM best practices, including BICSc standards for cleaning and preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage teams, vendors, and client expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
