**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review, check, and validate BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and company standards.
- Facilitate information exchange between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection reports.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (preferably in the Middle East).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices (ISO 19650 preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- **MME registered is preferred.**
