We are currently hiring Procurement Executive (international Purchasing) with immediate Visa transfer and NOC.

Should have minimum 2-3year GCC Experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify and source materials, products, and services from international suppliers, including paper, ink, printing equipment, and other raw materials required in the printing process.
- Stay updated on global market trends, including new technologies and products within the printing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely deliveries.
- Evaluate and negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers, including cost reductions and favorable payment terms.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of supplier performance based on delivery times, quality, and overall service.
- Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays.
- Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising on the quality of materials.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports, detailing spending, savings, and supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the production and inventory teams to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of import licenses, permits, and other required documentation.
- Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with international suppliers, ensuring they are legally compliant and aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor contract renewals and ensure competitive pricing through supplier re-evaluation.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential new suppliers and products that could benefit the company's operations.
