**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Expert in Facility Management and Maintenance way of tendering.
- Aware about the required frequency related to each equipment/system.
- Has a strong understanding and knowledge of how to estimate the PPM & CM cost of all MEP systems.
- Skilled enough to do value engineering for all the critical systems in terms of sustainability based on OEM’s recommendations compared to tender requirements.
- Acquire previous performance life history from the critical equipment database with number of breakdowns and type of material replacement.
- While preparing the cost, should look on the spare parts replacement frequency prospective in order not to exaggerate the PPM unit rate.
- Confident in estimating a Comprehensive bid in the absence of spare parts list and consumables and assigning the adequate workforce as per proposal submission.
- Developing rates build up as well as critically, value engineering especially for the contracts under “Comprehensive” type including Hard and Soft Services.
- To be fully aware about the relative OEMs per system as well as local authorized specialists whom shall be deployed under AMC.
- Fully adapted and understanding of the methodology of Operation of Central Plants including Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling towers and Main pumps with all associated supplementary

**Skills and Educational Requirements**
- Have a solid 15 years of experience (at least 10 years in **Facility Management Industry**)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
