**Job Summary**:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will work closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with project manager and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Supervise and monitor the work of subcontractors, ensuring that they are following the project schedule and meeting quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with the project manager to address any issues or deficiencies.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to the project manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, and monitor progress against them.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license.
