**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage small to medium-scale construction or remodeling projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and project progress.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement for civil engineering needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering, facilities management, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional Engineering License or Certification (if applicable).
- Experience in a facilities management environment (industrial, commercial, or institutional).
