**Job Description** Mixologist**r

This role revolves around creating high-quality cocktails and mixed drinks for patrons in a bar, restaurant, or any outlet serving alcoholic beverages. You will be responsible for designing and executing drink recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop innovative and delicious cocktail recipes using a variety of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal cocktail menus that showcase creativity and appeal to the target clientele.
- Master various mixing techniques, such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering, to achieve the desired flavor profiles and textures.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the beverage industry, including new spirits, ingredients, and techniques.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that suit their taste preferences.
- Pay attention to detail when garnishing and serving cocktails, ensuring that each drink is visually appealing and Instagram-worthy.
- Adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene standards in the bar area, including cleaning equipment, glassware, and work surfaces.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply.
- Continuously improve your skills by attending training sessions, workshops, and tastings to enhance your knowledge of cocktails and mixology.
- Adhere to all local alcohol regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working as a Sr. Bartender or Mixologist in a similar setting is preferred.
- Ability to develop unique and appealing cocktail recipes that set the establishment apart from competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Keen attention to detail when crafting cocktails, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of different types of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes, as well as mixing techniques and cocktail history.
- A certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
