**Job Summary**: We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Bartender with a passion for crafting delicious and visually stunning mocktails. As our Mocktail Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our non-alcoholic beverage menu, developing exciting new concoctions and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a wide range of high-quality mocktails, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Develop and experiment with new mocktail recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and potential allergens.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or needs.
- Assist with other bar duties, such as preparing garnishes, stocking supplies, and cleaning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably with a focus on mocktails or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong understanding of mixology principles and techniques.
- Creativity and passion for developing unique and flavorful mocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of bar equipment and proper handling procedures.
- Flair tending skills are a plus
