**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as ambassador of Group Learning & Development by forging & maintaining positive relationship with internal & external stakeholders. Coach & be coached by fellow colleagues & team members & demonstrate initiative, a “can do” attitude and a passion for learning.
- Facilitate workshop, tool box talks and the development of action plans.
- Facilitate program logistics including venue arrangements, simulators and online sessions if required.
- Support Line Manager in implementation of training operation plan. Facilitate training program to a high standard, using adult learning and learner focused techniques.
- Create solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business.
- Support stakeholders to deliver/facilitate training programs to frontline staff of QR Group and contractors operating/driving QR Group vehicle/equipment, external companies operating in DIA/HIA. Facilitate session to a world class standard using adult-learning and learner focused techniques. Simulate scenarios to facilitate learning process.
- Maintain Standards and Regulatory requirements to deliver an Airside Driving Training and other courses for QR Group and External Companies.
- Conduct ADHOC sessions, simulator assessment, remedial class/corrective action sessions and targeted campaign to promote safe driving behavior.
- Utilize coaching techniques to improve employee performance based upon the agreed action plan.
- Research and recommend program improvement to the Line Manager to keep courses latest.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Qatari driving license and Airside Driving Permit-Maneuvering Areas or AVOP Cat-3
- Experience in driving light or medium vehicles.
- Airside driver training and Airside Operation experience.
- Knowledge in Radiotelephony Communications
- Hindi/Urdu verbal communication skills is a must
- Arabic speaking is a plus
