**Sales and Leasing Manager**
**Salary**: 15000 QAR - 20,000 QAR + Commission

**Job Purpose**

The Sales & Leasing Manager is responsible to ensure that Mirage International Property Consultants remains one of the leading Real Estate Companies within Doha. Sales & Leasing Manager’s main aim is to drive business revenue growth through the identification and implementation of new business opportunities and superior customer retention strategies.

**Skills**

- Ability to read and understand leases and contracts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic language would be added advantage.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Negotiation skills.
- Good judgment and decision making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.

**Language**:

- English
- Arabic is an advantage

**Specialized Training/ Knowledge Required**
- Diploma/Certification in Sales and Real Estate would be added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of leasing management.
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate business management industry best practices and technologies.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

**Experience**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Property Management area or Real Estate Consultancy Management.
- 3 To 5 years’ sales and leasing experience in GCC is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Team Management: 5 years (required)
- Real Estate - Sales & Leasing: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar driving license (required)
