**Responsibilities**:

- Strong knowledge of Staffing Industry.
- Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill.
- Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
- Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
- Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers.
- Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
- Research, contact, and follow up with potential clients.
- Oversee campaigns for marketing and sales outreach
- Create an action plan to meet your organization’s growth goals
- Work with current clients to strengthen relationships and increase revenue.

Must be available to join immediately.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
