Business Development Manager

**Job description**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and marketing, to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant or catering industry or related field.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
