**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff within the workshop team.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient meeting of deadlines.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for heavy equipment to enhance longevity and reliability.
- Coordinate and execute major maintenance and repair tasks for various heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and technical support to workshop personnel.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Efficiently manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as necessary.
- Implement and enforce quality control protocols to maintain high maintenance and repair standards.
- Perform inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Assist in formulating and managing the workshop budget.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction while upholding quality and safety standards.
- Make decisions regarding day-to-day workshop operations, including resource allocation and task prioritization.
- Maintain accountability for workshop safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all maintenance and repair work.
- Hold accountability for the performance and productivity of the workshop team.
- Responsible for managing the workshop budget effectively.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts to minimize downtime.
- Have the authority to establish and manage relationships with vendors for necessary workshop supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Gulf experience is added value.
- Professional engineering license (preferred).
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant software for maintenance management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
