**Cargo Commercial/ Sales team** as a **Lead Cargo Global Accounts Officer** in our office in **Doha.**

Some of the tasks include:
Cargo Revenue Management (RM) and Pricing processes:

- Responsible for the continuous analysis and optimization (improvement) of the RM and Pricing processes
- Analysis and monitoring of the performance of the existing RM processes
- Re-engineering of processes and implementation of changes when needed.
- Development of new processes (internal Revenue Management and interface processes with Operations, Sales, Network planning) in order to improve the efficiency of the organization and to contribute to improve the revenue results.
- Definition and implementation of KPIs and reports to monitor the efficiency of the processes and manage the SLAs.
- Responsible for the change management in case of changes in the current processes, or in case new processes are implemented.
- Manage projects within the area of Cargo RM and Pricing.

Cargo Revenue Management and Pricing systems:

- Liaise with IT for the system evolutions and the development of new systems to support the process evolutions (new processes or process changes): that includes the definition of the user requirements, testing, training and implementation.
- Ensure the development of RM and Pricing Business tools.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Project Management
- Perform business analysis activities to analyze cargo RM requirements and define solutions meeting those requirements and document system specifications in discussions with IT.
- Ensure delivery of assigned Cargo projects/solutions co-ordinating with IT, Finance, and other departments of QR and suppliers. This includes solutions built in-house, acquired IT packages.
- Perform impact analysis and assess risks making sure that mitigation/management strategies are designed.
- Provide timely and accurate project information and reporting to Cargo RM and Pricing management.
- Responsible for project planning and follow up.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of job related experience
- Good knowledge in Data analysis or mathematics/statistics.
- Good knowledge in cargo related IT systems.
- Command of English language.
- Project management
- Strong Quantitative and Qualitative Analytical Skills.
- High level MS Office proficiency - Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
