**Survey Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Site Survey Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to plan site survey activities based on project requirements and schedules.
- Total Station Operation: Utilize Total Station equipment to conduct precise measurements of distances, angles, and elevations on the project site.
- Data Collection: Lead and conduct field surveys to gather critical data, including topographic features, existing infrastructure, and other relevant site information.
- GPS Surveying: Integrate GPS technology with Total Station measurements to establish accurate geospatial references for survey data.
- Site Layouts: Assist in setting out reference points, grid lines, and benchmarks for construction activities, ensuring alignment with engineering designs.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data through regular quality checks and verification processes.
- Survey Documentation: Maintain detailed records of survey data, field notes, and as-built information for reference and future use.
- Survey Reports: Prepare and submit comprehensive survey reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and relevant data.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines while conducting site surveys, mitigating potential risks and hazards.
- Survey Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain Total Station equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and calibrated properly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate survey requirements and facilitate efficient project execution.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in surveying technologies and industry best practices to enhance surveying efficiency and accuracy.

**Survey Coordinator Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- With 5+ Years of experience in GCC Projects.
- Proven experience as a Site Survey Coordinator in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in using Total Station equipment.
- Proficiency in operating Total Station instruments, survey data collectors, and GPS equipment.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, geodetic datum, and coordinate systems.
- Excellent knowledge of construction surveying techniques, including site layout and elevation determination.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of survey data.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate survey teams and interact with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or Leica Geo Office is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations
