**Department**
OIL FACILITIES

**Primary purpose of job**
Provide technical support to the Manager of the department. Responsibilities include technical data gathering to compile

reports and update procedures and standards. Controlling and managing the Database and Automation System using

Electronic Document Management System such as EFSM and Power BI, Document Management Procedures/Policies and

Guidelines.

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing Power BI dashboards and action trackers.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and automation within Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology/data science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
