- Collect Checklist Details from Shipping Executive & Supervisor on all operational matters on Vessel’s arrival. Visit Ships every day morning with a News Paper
- Inform requirements of Masters / Captains to Shipping Executives/Supervisor.
- On Vessel’s arrival collect All Seaman’s book/ Clearance documents and hand over to PRO for arranging Inward clearance, shore leave passes etc., etc.
- Liaise with PRO/Executives for Arranging Seaport Gate & Shore leave passes.
- Collect Local Delivery receipts from Master/ Captain and hand over the same to Executives/ Supervisors
- Provide Transportation for Master /Ships crew
- Coordinating with supervisors and executives for any additional requirements
- Hand over Couriers/Small Spares/Mail packages etc., etc. to Master /Captain
- Assist with clearance procedures
- Ensure compliance with Delta 21, QMS, the Environment Management System, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in addition to port and government rules.
- Above contributing factors will be measured & considered in the year end employee appraisal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Boarding Representative (Shipping): 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
