**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Design and decorate cakes for special occasions, ensuring artistic presentation and attention to detail.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to create innovative dessert offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of desserts.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Monitor and maintain equipment used in the pastry kitchen.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a strong focus on cake preparation and decoration.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills in cake design and decoration.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
