Projects Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage daily activities across multiple operational projects
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, project updates, and executive summaries
- Draft and design presentations and project recaps for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Follow up on action items and support the continuity of project workflows
- Assist in documenting, organizing, and archiving project-related materials and deliverables
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in operational or administrative project coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
