This role will drive company values and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
- Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
