Employee Relations- Officer

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.
- Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on employee relations metrics and issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related role.
