**MEP Maintenance Engineer**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years’ experience** in MEP maintenance (at least 3 years in Qatar).
- **UPDA grade (Any Grade)** is preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in maintenance of HVAC & MEP systems (chillers, package units, VRF/VRV, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.).
- **Transferrable Visa with NOC** - Immediate availability.
- Previous experience in **buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and residential projects**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for HVAC and MEP maintenance contracts.
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct site surveys with clients to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Plan, manage, and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and other systems.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Lead and train the maintenance team for efficient performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and checklists.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
