Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants with knowledge of Oracle CRM provide essential support for efficient office operations. To effectively manage customer relationships and streamline administrative tasks, this position requires experience with Oracle CRM software.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage customer information, track interactions, and generate reports using Oracle CRM software.Update customer profiles, monitor leads and opportunities, and assist with customer relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.Incorporate relevant data into the documents by using Oracle CRM software.
- Support the management of data using Oracle CRM software, including arranging and entering data, generating reports, and performing data analysis in order to facilitate decision-making.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, especially when utilizing Oracle CRM software.
- Use Oracle CRM software to establish and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure ease of retrieval and confidentiality of information.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing; additional certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Min. 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge of Oracle CRM software.
- Familiarity with Oracle CRM software (e.g., Oracle CRM On Demand, Oracle Sales Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
**Salary**: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
