Updating Quotation, Purchase order, and Contract - Index
Preparing Purchase Order
Separating Invoices of Villas and Updating in Excel Sheet
Updating Material Details in Rent Manager Software for Work Order Sheet
Scanning Filing Docs on PC as well as Hard Copies
Keeping Records of staff (Offer Letters, PP, ID ETC) (Soft Copy and Hard Copy)
Internal Mails
Preparing Notices, Increment Letters ETC
Spiral Binding, lamination ETC Preparation of Petty Cash for Final Submission
Preparing Payment Certificates
Updating Company Documents
Summary Sheet of all projects
**Requirements**:
Only Asian nationality can submit
Bachelor's degree in business administration
Locally available with a transferable visa is a must
Can join immediately
