We "Al Asmakh AtoZ Services Group", a reputed Facility Management Services Company immediately looking for an Executive Assistant to Top Management **Responsibilities**: - Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff. - Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. - Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. - Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. - Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determine importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. - Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping. - Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. - Performs other related duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the COO/ CEO or Top Management - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field. - Have proven experience in using ERP Systems - Advance Proficiency in MS Office, Especially in MS Excel - Excellent communication skills to deal with stakeholders in a professional way. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Immediate Joiners Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - How about your Notice Period..? **Experience**: - Executive Assistant to CEO/ COO: 3 years (preferred)
