The Role
- Charterhouse is working with a notable organisation with strong links across the region. - They are looking to hire a Director of Asset Management to drive the growth and strategy across their real estate portfolio. - This is a great role for the Director of Asset Management to take a step up into one of the GCC’s top real estate portfolios and play a pivotal role in shaping and developing an impressive portfolio as the group have ambitious growth plans. - The Director of Asset Management will work closely with the senior leadership on the portfolio construction looking at new investments and maintaining a profitable and diverse portfolio. - Working with the Chief Asset Management Officer, this role will have full responsibility for direct management of multiple assets across a specific geography. - The group’s portfolio is heavily weighted on hospitality and have some outstanding anchor assets across the globe, which presents the opportunity to work with leading management brands and help drive productivity.
