**Skills required**:

- Proficient knowledge and experience in database management systems (DBMS) and database administration tasks, such as installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex database environments within a managed service environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address and resolve database-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide effective support and guidance in database-related matters.
- Hands on experience managing and implementing Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL Databases.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft clustering services.
- Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Linux Clustering Technologies.
