**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure all service areas and workflows are in strict compliance with health and local municipality standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fine and Casual dining and upmarket restaurant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
