**Key Responsibilities**

1. Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and guidelines.

2. Ensure all baked products are prepared with precision, maintaining consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.

3. Properly measure and mix ingredients, monitor baking times, and control oven temperatures to ensure quality results.

4. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and report shortages to the or Head Baker Chef.

5. Assist in placing orders for flour, sugar, butter, and other baking essentials to ensure sufficient stock is available for daily kitchen operations.

6. Minimize waste by accurately measuring ingredients and utilizing leftovers creatively.

7. Work closely with other sections of the kitchen to coordinate the preparation and cooking of baked goods.

8. Assist in training junior kitchen staff in baking techniques and proper handling of ingredients.

9. Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

10. Ensure that all baked goods leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant’s standards for quality, taste, and presentation.

11. Perform regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure freshness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

12. Maintain consistency in the portioning, appearance, and texture of all baked items.

13. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and cooking of baking ingredients.

**Qualification, Experience & Knowledge**
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field from a recognized culinary school or training program.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or Chef De Partie in a professional kitchen, with expertise in baking.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, recipe development, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage and supervise the baking section of the kitchen.
- Strong baking skills with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and creativity.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- With Valid Food Handling Certificate.
- With Valid QID and NOC.
