**Architectural Designer Responsibilities**:

- CAD Drafting and Modeling: Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections. Generate accurate 2D and 3D models to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design Development: Work closely with senior architects and project leads to refine design concepts, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to the plans and models.
- Building Regulations and Standards: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements in all design work. Stay updated on relevant architectural standards and best practices.
- Presentation and Visualization: Prepare compelling visual presentations, renderings, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the design team, including architects, engineers, and interior designers, to integrate various design elements and ensure a cohesive final product.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to gather information and incorporate it into the design process.Documentation: Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules for bidding and construction purposes.
- Quality Control: Review and check design documents and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

**Architectural Designer Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methods.
- Creativity and innovative thinking, with an ability to translate ideas into practical designs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
