- Make breads, pastries, and fillings including the art decoration as needed.

- Prepare baked goods and pastries in accordance with food standard procedures, quality and presentation requirements, and recipes.
- Observe and guarantee adherence to food safety handling guidelines, including personal hygiene protocols.
- Verify and check on daily pastry requirements and functions.
- Coordinate closely with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Adheres strictly to all guidelines, procedures, and directives from the immediate supervisor.
- Keep a thorough awareness of how to operate all mechanical and electrical appliances in the kitchen and follow safety protocols.
- Assures a tidy, polished appearance in compliance with hotel grooming standards.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or relevant certificate degree related to Baking and Pastry.
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Hospitality as Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize kitchen tasks.
- Detail-oriented and possess a goal-setting mindset.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must have a valid QID.
