- Analyze property values accurately through comparative market assessments.
- Showcase properties and employ effective marketing strategies for potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends and adhere to industry best practices.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, and conduct comprehensive analyses to secure agreements.
- Offer comprehensive support from initial contact to contract closure in real estate transactions.
- Engage in negotiations, meticulously reviewing contract terms for accuracy with industry professionals and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, property pricing, and neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Knowledge in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
