We are currently looking for a Hostess responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for guests from the moment they enter the establishment. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with any inquiries or special requests.
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries or reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- Assist with special events and functions as needed.
- Uphold the establishment's standards of service and hospitality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and inquiries.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Good stamina and overall physical condition.
- With valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
