**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Log and track service requests, incidents, and problems using a help desk ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT support teams when necessary.
- Provide regular updates to users regarding the status of their support requests.
- Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and technical support processes.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in a help desk or IT support role.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in an engineering, construction, or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to **Mesaieed, Qatar**.

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
