Position Overview
We need a Front Desk & Back-End Operations Executive who will:
- serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors;
- manage front-desk duties and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, email);
- maintain student records and assist with registration, scheduling, attendance, and documentation;
- coordinate class scheduling, room allocation, and teacher coordination;
- support the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth functioning;
- provide customer support to students and parents throughout their academic journey;
- support internal coordination between academic, admin, and operations teams;
- assist with basic marketing/outreach tasks such as helping organize events, promotions, and informational sessions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist visitors (students/parents) at arrival.
- Answer phone/WhatsApp/email inquiries about programs, courses, and schedules.
- Provide accurate information about course offerings, registration process, fees, and schedules.
- Manage student check-ins, appointments, and class coordination.
Administrative & Back-End Support
- Maintain and update student records, registration forms, attendance logs, and documentation.
- Assist with class scheduling, room bookings, and coordination with tutors.
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth center operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
Student & Parent Support
- Offer ongoing support for enrolled students and parents — answering queries, guiding them about course progress and schedules.
- Follow up with students regarding class times, materials, and updates.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with academic and admin staff to ensure timely class delivery and quality control.
- Help organize internal meetings, classes, and events as needed.
Support Outreach & Events
- Assist in planning and executing outreach activities, in-center promotions, open houses, or information sessions.
- Help prepare materials for promotional/awareness efforts and cooperate with marketing or outreach team efforts if required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in front-desk management, administration, or operations — ideally in an educational or service-oriented setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with students, parents, tutors, and staff.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications; familiarity with CRM or student-management systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic educational environment.
