**Position: Operator (Male)**

Department: Operation & Maintenance

**Key Accountabilities**:
The job involves daily operations of a plant, including operating and monitoring equipment through local control panels or SCADA/BMS/CMS, monitoring operating parameters, recording equipment log sheets, and communicating with supervisors about abnormalities, monitoring maintenance activities, conducting water temperature tests, and ensuring heat load levels are properly distributed. The job also involves cleaning cooling tower water basins, louvers, pump suction strainers, chilled water network strainers, identifying potential hazards, refilling chemicals, identifying chilled water leakages, guiding junior operators, recording daily plant utilities consumption, and preparing daily reports and continuous improvement, reporting, and ensuring a healthy work environment.

**Minimum Qualification**:
A high school diploma or Industrial Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation is required.

**Minimum Experience**:
3 years of relevant experience in refrigeration / chiller plant activities from GCC countries

**Job-Specific Skills**:
Proficiency in English, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical and commercial knowledge of District Cooling business, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**Salary **:3500 to 4000 + OT with Company Accommodation and transportation.
