**Business Development**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
- Promote the brands and product lines to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Enhance brand image and maximize visibility across HORECA outlets.

**Sales & Operations**
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure smooth and accurate order management and timely collections.
- Support the execution of brand activations, promotions, and event sponsorships.
- Track key performance metrics and implement improvement actions when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and prepare detailed weekly activity reports.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Promote new and existing product ranges effectively to customers.

**General Support**
- Support other departments and contribute to special projects or training initiatives as assigned by management.
