Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Schedule management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Data entry: Accurately input and maintain records, files, and databases.
- Filing and organization: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Inventory control: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
- Meeting support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks: Support other team members and projects as required.
- Translation: Accurately translate written documents, texts, and spoken language from one language to another.
- Proofreading: Review and edit translated content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
- Specialized translation: Depending on your expertise, you may specialize in fields such as medical, legal, technical, or literary translation.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Prefer Native Arabic Speaker
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
