**Position Summary**:

- Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering fashion advice, and assisting with product selection.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

**Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's products, including features, benefits, and trends.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize store profitability.

**Store Operations**:

- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and manage stock organization.
- Support daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining cleanliness.

**Team Leadership**:

- Act as a role model for junior staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Assist in training new hires on store policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance sales and team performance.

**Reporting and Feedback**:

- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Provide recommendations for improving store operations and achieving business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a sales associate or similar role in retail fashion (2-3 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities with experience mentoring or supervising a team.
- A passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced retail environment with frequent interaction with customers and team members.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
