**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines,
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM programs.
- Load materials, set tool offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Conduct inspections of completed parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure they meet precise specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they operate at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or quality issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM programs.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Basic understanding of machining techniques, materials, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Art Cam Software and Mach 3 for operating machine
- Ability to perform machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
